As a coach I’m fun, insightful, straightforward and to-the-point. If you are willing and coachable, the work goes fast. I often don’t do more than a few sessions with any individual. The most important aspect is to pop open the box: to bring fresh perspective and new opportunities; to map out the next clear actions.
